MEMBERS AND PROJECTS
Misery Loves Company Knit-a-Long Has moved to its own blog. Click on the l
ink to visit MLC KAL.
This Blog Entry is dedicated to the most masochistic knitters in our TKOF knitting group. These fearless women have made the commitment to finish their oldest, (minimum 3 + or - years old), and most despised UFOs. The projects started with excitement that soon petered out. The projects that include lots of time, money, and dreams. They ones we just can't bear to bury in the CORN FIELD.
These projects will be the GOLDEN FLEECES of out knitting expertise!
We welcome all ideas for this Blog entry. We welcome comments. No snickering or snorting allowed at the 'before' pictures. Applause is welcome when the projects are actually finished. Rewards for finishing are a must and remain to be determined.
The Enforcer Bunny is still on the job!

Way to go, Junie! Let's beat that hex! I'm a fine one to talk--I'm on a plane tomorrow, going to be 3,000 miles away from the MOTW. Hope the cats don't get too cozy in it! Good luck to all of you, and let's hope some progress gets made.

Ummm - how come Junie Ann's Flying Geese is not pictured? Can I join? I have a Dale of Norway Kongsberg that I started probably about two years ago. The body is done and I just can't seem to even get started on the sleeves. Once a week would be good.

I don't have any UFOs that I absolutely hate, just way too many that have gotten put aside for more pressing things. (Of course, I could be mentally blocking out something.) Nothing over three years though; I only took knitting back up a couple of years ago. Sounds like a great KAL though.

Wow. MOTW. Map of the World. I figured it out! If anyone want to give that to me to finish, I'd love to. I knit the planet and stars sweater years ago and still love it.
Or, when you're finished with it, send me the instructions and I'll buy the yarn.

That is SUCH a good idea! I have plenty of UFOs, but since I've only been knitting for a little over a year, they don't qualify for the Misery Loves Company KAL. I have some quilt projects that would definitely qualify, though! LOL!
I really like the Enforcer Bunny. :-)
