Speaking of flowers, I received my annual October Rose from the Bay Area Hospital. It is that time a year when we gals go for our yearly check for breast cancer. I don't know about you, but I hate it. Now, it is "hold your breath time." I worry every year until I hear I am okay. The BAH, as we call it, gives us all a beautiful pink rose for showing up every October. One of life's obligations.
Worst part for me? Waiting to hear.
And, I bought some lovely green for another one. Ah, endless garter stitch. May have to use this for something else!
Such a lovely color! And I love your new yarn. :)

Junie- Lovely color fichu.
It is a necessary evil, but I figure it's only a small portion of my time in the year, and the rose is a nice touch.
Yarn would be better, but you can't have everything.

The fichu color is stunning - wish I could wear those shades (I can't) but it will be perfect for you.
As for the boob-mashing, we all have to go through it, Sweetie, no fun at all but a necessary evil and you will feel better knowing all is well. I had mine a couple of weeks ago.
